Find out more on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E\nWhat you’ll do:\nThe primary function of the Senior Firmware Test Engineer is to ensure the quality and reliability of MVSST embedded firmware through hands-on implementation and execution of automated test solutions. The role focuses on developing and maintaining firmware test automation, executing system-level verification, and supporting CI/CD testing in close collaboration with firmware, system, and hardware teams.\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated firmware tests for MVSST product lines. \nContribute to firmware test planning, including creation and execution of structured test plans for product features. \nImplement test solutions to verify system, power, and product requirements based on defined test strategies. \nExecute firmware testing activities and contribute technical input to functional and design reviews throughout the development lifecycle. \nImplement and maintain firmware tests as part of CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and early defect detection. \nAnalyze test results, investigate failures, and perform root cause analysis together with firmware and system engineers. \nDocument test implementations, results, and releases in accordance with company quality and compliance processes. \nAct as a subject-matter expert in firmware testing within the project team, supporting day-to-day technical discussions and decisions. \nContribute to continuous improvement of testing practices by applying modern embedded software testing tools and methodologies.\nQualifications:\nUniversity degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field\nStrong relevant industry experience \nSkills:\nStrong hands-on experience in firmware test design and test infrastructure development for complex embedded systems. \nHands-on experience developing automated test solutions using frameworks such as Robot Framework and Python. \nExperience applying test-driven development or similar quality-focused development approaches. \nSolid knowledge of version control systems (Git). \nExperience implementing automated tests as part of CI/CD pipelines. \nStrong debugging and problem-solving skills for embedded and system-level issues. \nExperience with embedded software development or testing using C/C++ and Python. \nPractical experience using laboratory equipment (e.g. oscilloscopes, multimeters). \nAbility to work safely in a high-voltage laboratory environment. \nExperience working in Agile development environments (e.g. Scrum). \nSelf-driven, detail-oriented team player with strong collaboration and communication skills. \nFluent written and spoken English\nWhat we can offer to you:\nContract in fast growing global company\nChallenging projects in dynamic collaborative team\nGreat promotional opportunities - We encourage internal promotion, whenever possible\nExcellent working environment - safety and ethic are really important for us\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
