We are proud to be a Disability Friendly Workplace, ensuring an inclusive environment for all our employees.\nWhat you’ll do:\nAssists in planning and performing internal audits and special projects to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls, business processes, and procedures at Eaton operations. \nPerform audits in assigned areas, with minimal supervision, in accordance with audit programs to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, business processes, and procedures at Eaton operations.\nAssist with coordinating and performing annual SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) plan and key controls testing throughout the year.\nPrepare written audit findings and recommendations per internal audit standards for discussion with local management.\nDocument audit work papers in a clear, concise, neat, accurate and timely manner.\nParticipate in audit opening and closing meetings and in the review of audit results with local and senior management.\nFollow up on Management Action Plans and Audit findings remediation timely and effectively.\nPresent Audits outcome in a professional, clear and concise manner to Senior Leaders.\nParticipate to the Risk Assessment process, identifying risks and weaknesses and to the preparation of the Annual Audit Program.\nIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices through the use of Eaton Business System and other relevant Process Improvement tools.\nQualifications:\nBachelor/Master degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar.\n2 to 5 years of audit experience (e.g., Big Four, internal audit). Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred\nProficient in internal audit key concepts (i.e., risks, controls, SOX) and financial accounting requirements (i.e., US GAAP) preferably in a manufacturing environment or significant experience with other industries.\nProven experience in business processes understanding, identifying risks and weaknesses, developing and executing audit procedures to assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls to mitigate the risks.\nStrong process management and organizational skills.
