Your journey here is not just about a job; it's about a shared vision for a brighter, more sustainable future.\nWe are seeking a Senior Quotation Engineer to join our team.\nAs a Senior Quotation Engineer for Medium Voltage solutions, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, competitive, and technically compliant quotations for customers across EMEA, focusing on utility, data center, and industrial segments. Your primary responsibility is to analyze customer requirements, identify the most suitable Eaton solution, and prepare optimized techno-commercial offers for Medium Voltage switchgear applications.\nWorking closely with Sales, BDMs, Application Engineers, and other plant stakeholders, you will manage assigned quotations from RFQ receipt through handover to execution teams. The role requires strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer-focused solutions, support profitable business growth, and effectively manage deal risks.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDeliver high-quality quotations within agreed timelines, ensuring technical accuracy, commercial competitiveness, and compliance with customer requirements.\nReview and analyze customer specifications, single-line diagrams, datasheets, schedules, and project/tender documentation to identify technical and commercial requirements.\nSelect, configure, and optimize Medium Voltage switchgear solutions in line with customer requirements, applicable standards, and Eaton product capabilities.\nOwn the preparation of complete techno-commercial offers by coordinating technical and commercial inputs from relevant stakeholders and ensuring delivery of high-quality customer proposal packages.\nCollaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions are technically compliant, feasible to execute, and aligned with customer requirements.\nDevelop competitive quotations by balancing customer expectations, technical requirements, lead times, project/tender risks, and profitability objectives.\nIdentify, assess, and communicate technical, commercial, and execution risks, while supporting mitigation actions throughout the quotation process.\nManage quotation revisions, customer clarification requests, and support the successful handover of awarded projects to execution teams.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing, and lessons learned activities while maintaining awareness of market trends, competitor offerings, and product developments.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in quotation and tendering activities within the electrical power distribution industry, with proven knowledge of Medium Voltage (MV) switchgear solutions and exposure to international projects.\nStrong knowledge of Medium Voltage (MV) switchgear products, applications, and power distribution systems.\nCommercially aware, with the ability to balance technical compliance, competitiveness, profitability, and risk.\nKnowledge of transformers, E-House solutions, and Low Voltage (LV) power distribution systems is considered an advantage.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nEffective communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nCustomer-focused, with strong attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nCommitment to Eaton Culture Model principles and behaviors.\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive compensation and benefits package\nChallenging projects in dynamic collaborative team\nFlexible working solutions\nWe make your aspirations matter - Eaton encourages internal promotion, whenever possible\nWe make your growth matter - We invest in our employees for the long term - not just with salary and benefits, but with ongoing learning and development opportunities made available through Eaton University\nWe make your contributions matter - reliability, safety, efficiency, and sustainability are at the core of our dedication to improving people’s lives and the environment through power management technologies.\nWe make your wellbeing matter - We put your health and safety first.
