Occasional international travel, including at least one annual trip to China, is required to support supplier relationships and operational excellence.\nJob Responsibilities:\nSupplier Quality & Development\nDrive supplier quality development and continuous improvement initiatives\nInitiate and manage PPAP processes as required\nTrack and evaluate supplier performance (delivery, responsiveness, accuracy, and compliance)\nOrder & Supply Chain Management\nOwn purchase orders end-to-end, including placement, accuracy, acknowledgments, updates, and closure\nOversee order management processes, including pricing, date management, and PO tracking\nEnsure alignment of orders with approved parts, MOQ, packaging, lead times, and demand forecasts\nMaintain accurate order tracking, including status, shipments, risks, and closure details\nPlanning, Capacity & Customer Fulfillment\nManage capacity planning, scheduling, and demand alignment to ensure on-time order fulfillment\nCoordinate shipping schedules, due dates, and customer commit dates to meet delivery expectations\nMaintain customer protection stock levels (min/max) and ensure timely replenishment\nLogistics & Execution\nManage logistics and transportation activities to ensure efficient and timely delivery\nMonitor production, transit, and delivery performance; proactively identify and escalate risks\nEnsure shipment documentation accuracy (parts, quantities, references, dimensions, etc.)\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nCoordinate cross-functionally to support warranty and DMR activities for JV partners\nPartner with Customer Service, Planning, Shipping, Logistics, Finance, and JV teams for direct shipments\nCommunicate supply status, constraints, and recovery plans to key stakeholders\nCommercial & Financial Support\nOversee pricing elements, including commodity changes, tariffs, and logistics costs\nSupport invoicing and financial forecasting by validating shipment milestones and sales timing\nQualifications:\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree from an accredited institution.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, order management, logistics, planning, or operations roles\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Finance, or a related field required.\nExperience working with Chinese companies.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nEffective problem-solving and analytical abilities.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProactive, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset.\nStrong negotiation and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with global teams.\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
