Find out more on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E\nWhat you’ll do:\nSystems Engineer responsible for defining and maintaining product requirements, component interfaces, and end-to-end requirements traceability for the Medium Voltage Solid State Transformer (MVSST) product development projects. Ensures requirements are clear, allocated, verifiable, and covered by verification and validation activities throughout product development.\nDevelop and maintain system, subsystem, and component requirements based on customer, product, regulatory, and stakeholder needs.\nDefine, document, and maintain electrical, mechanical, firmware, control, communication, and functional interfaces between system components.\nSupport the model-based systems engineering approach and maintain requirements and interface models in the selected engineering tools.\nAllocate requirements to relevant subsystems and engineering disciplines in collaboration with the relevant teams.\nEstablish and maintain bidirectional traceability from stakeholder needs and product requirements to design outputs, test cases, and verification evidence.\nReview requirements for clarity, completeness, consistency, feasibility, and testability.\nCollaborate with validation engineers to define verification methods, acceptance criteria, and test coverage for requirements.\nMonitor requirements coverage, identify gaps, and support timely resolution before design and milestone reviews.\nSupport system architecture, trade-off studies, design reviews, risk analysis, and change-impact assessment.\nContribute to compliance documentation by linking applicable standards and regulatory requirements to the product requirements and verification evidence.\nCollaborate with global engineering teams to align requirements, interfaces, and development practices.\nAct ethically and according to Eaton Values and Philosophy, following company rules and policies.\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering, electrical product development, requirements engineering, or verification and validation of complex technical products\nSkills:\nExperience in requirements development and management, interface definition, requirements traceability, and verification planning.\nUnderstanding of systems engineering and product development lifecycles.\nFamiliarity with model-based systems engineering and requirements management tools.\nKnowledge of power electronics, medium-voltage equipment, UPS, or other complex electrical systems is an advantage.\nStructured and analytical working style, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines and global teams, and attention to detail in technical documentation\nExperience leading cross-functional development teams, strong communication skills\nWhat we can offer to you:\nContract in fast growing global company\nChallenging projects in dynamic collaborative team\nGreat promotional opportunities - We encourage internal promotion, whenever possible\nExcellent working environment - safety and ethic are really important for us\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
