Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nLead system-level testing, integration, and validation of power management, power distribution, energy storage, UPS, and related hardware products to ensure compliance with functional, performance, and reliability requirements.\nDevelop and execute test strategies, plans, procedures, and reports covering hardware, firmware, software, networking, and end-to-end system operation.\nValidate network-connected products and solutions, including Ethernet, TCP/IP, SNMP, Modbus, BACnet, cloud connectivity, and cybersecurity-related functionality.\nDesign and execute test scenarios that evaluate system behavior under normal, abnormal, environmental, and fault conditions to verify product robustness and reliability.\nCollaborate with Hardware, Firmware, Software, Product Management, Quality, Manufacturing, and Customer Support teams to define test methodologies, assess product risks, and support successful product releases.\nIdentify and drive improvements in test processes, laboratory infrastructure, tools, automation frameworks, and validation methodologies from concept through implementation.\nReview product requirements, specifications, and system architectures to ensure comprehensive test coverage, traceability, and validation of customer and business requirements.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship while communicating test strategies, results, product quality risks, and recommendations to project teams and engineering leadership.\nBasic (Required) Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer science from an accredited institution\nMinimum of five (5) years in testing\nPosition Success Criteria:\nCollaboration, documentation, consensus building\nPower system user test case\nWe will not consider candidates who:\nNo relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
