As a Service Digital Integration Solution Engineer, you will be at the heart of that work - designing, deploying, and supporting the systems that keep critical infrastructure running safely and efficiently.\nWhat you’ll do:\nDesign & Propose\nDesign technical solutions for EPMS, DCIM, and PSA projects across EMEA - system architecture, topology drawings, hardware BOMs, project schedules, and detailed proposal documentation (budgetary and binding).\nImplement & Deploy\nImplement and deploy power management and mission-critical monitoring systems (Brightlayer, Foreseer, Power Xpert, PowerNet, next-gen platforms) as well as EPMS, SCADA, and Energy Management solutions across data centres, industrial sites, and commercial buildings.\nDefine deployment methodology - work method statements, validation criteria - and coordinate site execution by local teams, third parties, or directly.\nSupport & Consult\nOwn L3 software support escalated from the central technical support team; provide applied engineering consultation on system integration, installation, start-up, maintenance, repair, and training.\nCollaborate & Standardise\nWork cross-functionally with Sales, Project Management, and Engineering to manage scope variations, flag technical risks, propose mitigations, and deliver on time.\nProduce and validate engineering documentation with internal teams and external partners.\nDrive knowledge sharing through technical presentations and contribute to the standardisation of deliverables, processes, and tools within the System Integration Services team.\nGrow\nInvest in your professional development through Eaton University, third-party training, and all required safety courses.\nTravel as needed for site visits, customer meetings, and project execution.\nQualifications:\nDegree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Power Management, Automation, or a related field.\n3+ years’ experience with power management systems, ideally in data-centre environments.\nSkills:\nAvailability to travel minimum of 30% within EMEA.\nStrong knowledge of power distribution - MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, power quality meters, protective relays, and EPMS/DCIM systems.\nSoftware, networking & protocols - Windows/Linux, databases, Serial/Ethernet/Fibre networking, and industrial protocols (Modbus, SNMP, OPC, DDE, TCP/IP); able to troubleshoot hardware and interfaces end to end.\nHands-on diagnostics - test equipment, fault-finding, and repair of automation and power management systems.\nFluent English; strong communicator comfortable working across diverse, multicultural teams.\nSelf-driven and organised - able to solve high-complexity problems independently and juggle multiple deadlines.\nSafety-first mindset with the conviction to stop unsafe practices, and high personal integrity.\nPLC, HMI, IED programming and logic control concepts.\nNice to have\nExperience with power system automation software or Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM).\nAt EATON we are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
