The role is responsible for defining program strategy, establishing governance frameworks, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.\nThe Program Manager acts as a key integrator between strategy and execution, working across operations, engineering, construction, technology, finance, supply chain, and business teams to enable scalable delivery models, improve organizational capabilities, and support programs ranging from service transformation and operational readiness to data center campus and infrastructure development initiatives.\n.\nWhat you’ll do:\nLead the planning, governance, and execution of complex cross-functional programs that support operational excellence, service enablement, business transformation, and infrastructure initiatives. \nDefine program objectives, scope, success criteria, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business priorities. \nEstablish governance frameworks, operating models, reporting structures, and decision-making processes to drive effective program delivery and accountability. \nCoordinate and align stakeholders across operations, engineering, technology, finance, supply chain, procurement, construction, and other business functions to ensure successful execution. \nManage program budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements, proactively identifying issues and driving timely resolution. \nDrive operational readiness, change management, process improvements, and adoption of new tools, capabilities, and ways of working. \nSupport the planning and delivery of frameworks for data center campus, ensuring effective integration across planning, design, installation & commissioning, and transition-to-operations activities where applicable. \nDefine and monitor KPIs, measure program performance and business outcomes, and provide clear executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and achievements. \nFacilitate alignment on priorities, trade-offs, and strategic decisions, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and key stakeholders. \nFoster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to standardize processes, scale best practices, and improve organizational effectiveness.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s / master’s degree in business, Engineering or related field\n8+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, PMO, or related leadership roles.\nSkills:\nProven success leading complex, cross-functional programs in matrixed and multi-stakeholder environments. \nExperience in budget management, governance, and stakeholder engagement\nExperience in multi-country environments (EMEA) service delivery, operational transformation, infrastructure, engineering, construction, data center, or technology-focused programs is highly desirable. \nStrong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\nAdvanced program and project management expertise (PMO, Agile/Waterfall)\nStrong strategic thinking + execution capability\nExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills\nAbility to translate business problems into structured programs\nWe Offer:\nCompetitive benefits package \nChallenging projects in dynamic collaborative team \nLearning & Development - We invest in our employees for the long term - not just with salary and benefits, but with ongoing learning and development opportunities made available through Eaton University \nWellness - Wellness at Eaton is more than a program, it’s about changing the environment by offering \nAt Eaton, promoting gender equality is central to our vision of creating a truly diverse and inclusive business where everyone matters, and everyone belongs. \nEaton employees are participating in our Flexible Work Solutions program \nGreat promotional opportunities - Eaton encourages internal promotion, whenever possible\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
