Find out more about Eaton!\nEaton Electric is currently looking for a Services Sales Engineer Power Distributionto join the team in one of the following locations: Warszaw or Gdańsk, Poland.\nWhat you’ll do:\nThis position has the direct responsibility for:\nDevelop and execute sales strategies to grow Power Distribution Service business.\nManage and grow a pipeline of new and existing accounts.\nIdentify customer needs, create tailored solutions, and close opportunities.\nBuild strong relationships with key customers and partners.\nProvide market intelligence and competitive insights to define growth areas.\nEnsure accurate forecasting and effective CRM pipeline management.\nCollaborate with Country Sales, Local Service, EMEA Service Teams and Key Account teams to achieve common goals.\nConduct customer visits, site assessments, and represent the company at industry events (min. 50% travel).\nQualifications:\nUniversity degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering,\n1-2 years of sales or commercial experience (ability to identify opportunities and support service sales),\nExperience in field service, maintenance, or commissioning of electrical systems,\nBasic knowledge of electrical systems and equipment,\nExperience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities for medium- and low-voltage systems,\nSkills:\nAbility to work independently on-site and manage customer interactions,\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills,\nGood command of English (spoken and written),\nValid driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel frequently,\nFluent in Polish.\nWhat We Offer:\nCompany car\nPrivate health insurance\nSocial benefits package\nPrivate medical care\nGroup life insurance\nMultisport Plus card\nEmployee referral program\nInternal and external training opportunities\nCareer development within a large, international organization that strongly supports internal promotions\nWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
