# Solution Specialist

What you’ll do: The POD Solution Specialist will drive supplier development, system integration, and factory testing execution for Eaton's IEC POD program across APAC. Working as a peer to the AC POD Product Manager and AC POD DSX Modeling Specialist within the APAC Architecture team, this role will partner with internal BUs (CPS, PDSS, CPC, JVs such as Yineng, Transformer JV) and APAC Sourcing to identify, qualify, and develop competitive integration partners that enable scalable, cost-effective POD delivery with rigorous L3 & L4 integration testing. Integration Partner Strategy - Identify, evaluate, and develop competitive third-party integration partners in APAC capable of POD skid assembly, integration, and factory witness testing.
