Provide support to improve efficiency in manufacturing by using the Eaton Business System Tools.\nJob Responsibilities:\n1. Provide resources and continuous improvements to manufacturing processes.\n2. Correct and prevent manufacturing problems related to the process and productivity.\n3. Follow up, improve and monitor metrics & capacity, such as Yield, Scrap & Productivity.\n4. Monitor and control flow of production processes through the development and implementation of the EBS tools.\n5. Determine the manload for the product lines and provide the process, equipment, machine, fixtures and tools required on demand.\n6. Design the manufacturing systems process & layout.\n7. Develop and implement programs to reduce costs and increase efficiency.\n8. Analyze customer complaints and develop corrective action plan.\n9. Monitor and implement quality standards based on EQMS to ensure the certification of standard.\n10. Analize and evaluate capacity of the process through capability studies.\n11. Design manufacturing instruction and develop new process in order to provide work procedure and support the goals achievement.\n12. Perform an active participation in the Departmental Teams.\n13. Support the introduction of new production lines/products. Complete all required documents based on PROLaunch requirements.\n14. Develop capital projects appropriations & execute accordingly to improve the process.\n15. Update PFMEA tools and Control Plans with unusual conditions of the production process.\n16. Maintain update of VSM, Standard Work and Error Proofing tools.\n17. Follow up the Implementation of CO (Change Orders) applicable to their areas & Change Control based on EQMS guidelines.\n18. Lead continuous improvements events (VSM, 3P, LMF, TPM, SUR, SW, 5S, Problem Solving)\nResponsibilities related to Health, Safety and Environment (EHS):\n1. Execute 100% of monthly safety inspection & close actions.\n2. Assist to all EHS training assigned.\n3. Develop & evaluate the JSA for each manufacturing process.\nQualifications:\nEducation level required:\n1. Bachelor degree of Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electrical Engineer\n2. Full Bilingual (English / Spanish)\nYears and area of experience required:\nMinimum experience of 3 years in similar positions.\nTechnical knowledge:\n1.PC knowledge: Auto Cad and Microsoft Office.
