Find out more on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E\nWhat you’ll do:\nDrive Manufacturing Quality Excellence\nOwn quality performance for assigned production lines through monitoring, improvement initiatives, root cause resolution, and risk escalation.\nPromote a proactive quality culture through prevention, risk management, and fact-based decision making.\nSupport New Product Introductions and Product Changes\nAct as the Quality expert for new product introductions and product changes.\nEnsure quality requirements, controls, and risk mitigation activities are completed throughout project phases.\nSupport PFMEA, Control Plan and lead risk assessment, and quality planning activities.\nSupport manufacturing readiness reviews, pilot builds, and production launches.\nAssess quality impacts and support change management activities.\nAnalyze Quality Performance and Solve Complex Problems\nMonitor and analyze key quality metrics, including defects, complaints, FPY, scrap, rework, and CONC.\nDevelop reports and dashboards to identify quality trends and improvement opportunities.\nLead or support root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.\nCoordinate Quality Alert, containment, and escalation activities.\nEnsure Compliance and Drive Continuous Improvement\nPlan and perform product, process, and system audits.\nEnsure compliance with customer, regulatory, and Quality Management System requirements.\nDrive initiatives that improve product quality, process stability, and customer satisfaction.\nCollaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, R&D, Supplier Quality, and Project teams to prevent quality issues and improve manufacturing quality.\nYou Will Also\nChampion PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, and Capability Studies across the site.\nSupport deployment and continuous improvement of manufacturing quality standards and quality methodologies.\nUtilize data analytics and statistical tools to identify trends, solve quality issues, and drive data-based continuous improvement and decision-making.\nSupport quality analytics, reporting, and KPI development to drive data-based improvements.\nCoach and mentor Quality Engineers in NPI quality, risk assessment, and structured problem solving.\nLead quality readiness assessments for strategic NPI projects.\nDrive continuous improvement of manufacturing quality processes and quality management tools.\nIdentify, communicate, and escalate significant quality and business risks to management.\nQualifications and Experience\nAt least 5 years of relevant quality related experience in manufacturing setting.\nB.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electrical, Automation, or Process Engineering.\nExperience in the energy or electrical sector is considered an advantage.\nProven track record of driving measurable quality improvements\nSkills and Competencies\nStrong stakeholder collaboration and facilitation.\nStructured, risk-based approach to problem solving.\nAbility to influence, challenge, and drive action.\nClear and effective communication.\nStrong planning and execution skills.\nAbility to work independently in complex environments.\nStrong data-oriented mindset.\nWhat we can offer to you:\nContract in fast growing global company\nChallenging projects in dynamic collaborative team\nGreat promotional opportunities - We encourage internal promotion, whenever possible\nExcellent working environment - safety and ethic are really important for us\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
