# Supplier Quality & Development Engineer

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Supplier Quality & Development Engineer. This position offers a HYBRID work schedule Monday-Friday at either of the following locations: Sumter SC, Hodges SC Greenwood SC, Raleigh NC, Fayetteville NC,Charlotte NC, or Asheville NC. We have 3 openings for this role. The Supplier Quality & Development Engineer will involve activities by driving supplier performance, risk reduction, capability improvement, and readiness across sites. Coordinate recovery of chronic and cross-site supplier issues, support growth and launch needs, and connect Site, Sector, SDE, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations resources based on business risk. In this role, you will provide Supplier capacity - Develop supplier capapcity for critical suppliers, understand gaps and support the growth working with Global Procurement Organization teams.
