We are proud to be a Disability Friendly Workplace, ensuring an inclusive environment for all our employees.\nWhat you’ll do:\nThe role is an individual contributor position supporting designated Eaton production plants across the EMEA region in one or more of the following areas:\nSupplier Quality Complaint Management (8D)\nFinance, including transactions and follow-up\nSampling and PPAP\nReporting and KPI management\nRegional Process Standardisation\nSupplier Quality Complaint Management:\nManage communication between Eaton and suppliers, primarily regarding quality complaints, including Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), material returns, and corrective actions.\nSupport Eaton Distribution Centres in managing supplier-related quality cases.\nSupport the Return to Vendor (RTV) process from a financial perspective, including credit collection and supplier communication.\nFinance:\nManage administration costs (DMR fees) with suppliers arising from valid quality issues.\nLink quality complaints to the associated supplier charges.\nEscalate issues and roadblocks to the appropriate management level.\nReporting and KPIs:\nPrepare and maintain reports using Excel.\nUse SAP to manage and track information related to materials, costs, and material movements.\nRegional Process Standardisation:\nCollaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve supplier performance.\nConnect Eaton subject-matter experts with sites to support effective issue resolution.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree required; preferrably in Engineering.\nFluency in English is required; proficiency in any additional European language is considered an advantage.\n1-3 years of professional experience in Quality (Supplier Quality/Production Quality/Customer Quality)\nSkills:\nBasic knowledge of Quality tools and methodologies, with a general understanding of technical and manufacturing processes.\n\nWorking knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.\n\nExperience or knowledge of at least one manufacturing process or commodity, such as machining, plastic injection moulding, or assembly.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different functions and organisational levels.\n\nStrong drive for results and a proactive approach to achieving objectives.\n\nStrong networking and relationship-building skills.\n\nEnthusiastic and proactive in problem-solving and issue resolution.\n\nOpen to continuous improvement, change, and new ways of working.\n\nConfident and resilient personality, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nWide Range of Employee Benefits: Hybrid work model, Annual bonus, Cafeteria, Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, - Eye-glass refund, AYCM partnership, Internal reward system (E-Stars)\nEmployee Wellbeing Support: Access comprehensive support programs designed to enhance your overall wellbeing\nFamily Friendly: Enjoy a family-friendly environment with policies that support work-life balance\nTalent Management and Career Development: We are dedicated to your professional growth, with a strong focus on internal mobility, continuous learning, and peer coaching\nDog-Friendly: Bring your furry friend to work in our dog-friendly office\nDedicated Spaces: Utilize our family room, multi-prayer room, stretching room, and chill room for your comfort and convenience\nCompany Yoga Sessions: Participate in regular yoga sessions to stay fit and relaxed\nSocial Responsibility: Join a socially responsible organization committed to making a positive impact\nEmployee Appreciation Day: Celebrate with us on Employee Appreciation Day, recognizing your hard work and contributions\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
