We make products for the data center, utility, industrial, commercial, machine building, residential, aerospace and mobility markets.\nWhat you’ll do:\nThe Supply Chain Operation Manager will lead and develop SCM & customer service team with strong competency in sales forecasting and meeting customer satisfaction in Taiwan.\nLead a team responsible for a team of CSR & SCM, responding timely to client requests, review and ensuring customer orders are processed with speed and in compliance with internal and external policies etc.\nDirectly supervises customer service team, inclusive of training, planning, coaching, assigning, directing work, and appraising performance.\nMonitors and coordinates all customer service activities, inclusive of tracking all order status, backlog liquidation,deliveries and customer billing.\nWorks collaboratively across multiple functions to determine how and where improvements can be made to increase performance of the team and customer satisfaction.\nStrong managerial skills to be able to prioritize time commitments, long term process improvement, and shorter-term delivery yield improvement initiatives.\nContinually seeks for waste elimination, process automation opportunities to achieve process standardization with speed and accuracy.\nDevelop and implement customer service policies and procedures to support new business initiatives.\nPartner with country leader and Sales team to forecast or deliver monthly sales targets.\nDefine and implement processes to support internal and external customer needs.\nThink and act strategically: Builds strong customer relationships and anticipates/delivers customer centric solutions; Grows the business and outperforms our markets.\nConsistently achieves results, even under adverse circumstances; continuously improve customer satisfaction.\nBuilds a pipeline of high performing, diverse teams and optimize the order fufillment process.\nBe passionate for the customer service activities, conveying optimism about the future and its possibilities\nSets expectations high and galvanizes the team to achieve them; effectively prioritizes and acts with speed and focus to drive the customer service improvement.\nPromote a positive and trusting working environment that enables and encourage teamwork and performance\nLearns quickly when facing new situations\nPlay by the rules and act with integrity; creates an atmosphere that encourages employees to speak up about ethics concerns.\nTo be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:\nImplement the process approach and risk-based thinking\nProvide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS\nCommunicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements\nEnsuring the QMS meets its goals\nEngage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS\nCreate a culture of continuous improvement\nQualifications:\nBachelor degree in business, marketing, electrical or related areas preferred\n5+ years supervisory experience with proven track record in managing a customer service team\nFamiliar with SAP system, preferably on SD module\nProven competencies in Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain Management, Sales or other related functional background\nPossess Knowledge of customer contracts and terms\nPossess Knowledge on Incoterms 2020 and handling Letter of Credit\nCommitted and dedicated to customer satisfaction\nEmpathetic to clients’ needs\nExcellent listening skills\nArticulate and effective communicator\nComfortable presenting to peers\nFlexible and adaptable\nAbility to establish and maintain strong relationships\nExcellent customer service skills\nDemonstrated supervisory skills\nAbility to learn complex material and train others\nExcellent problem solving, decision-making, planning, organization and time management skills\nAt Eaton, we don’t just want to offer you a job, but a journey and experience.
