Define and maintain the digital architecture, technology roadmap, and platform strategy for Medium Voltage Switchgear and Distribution Transformer product portfolios.\nEstablish reusable architecture frameworks and technology building blocks that can be leveraged across multiple product families to improve scalability, interoperability, maintainability, and time-to-market.\nDrive architecture decisions related to embedded systems, IoT connectivity, industrial communication protocols, cybersecurity, edge computing, remote monitoring, and intelligent asset management.\nLead architecture reviews and provide technical oversight throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure alignment with approved architecture, product requirements, and business objectives.\nAct as the technical authority for digital product initiatives and guide engineering teams in making sound architectural and technology decisions.\nProvide technical mentorship and coaching to system, hardware, firmware, software, and validation engineers during product development and technology investigations.\nCollaborate with global engineering teams to evaluate emerging technologies and assess their applicability to future product and platform developments.\nDrive technical innovation through identification, evaluation, and adoption of new technologies that create customer value and strengthen product competitiveness.\nSupport development teams in resolving complex system-level technical challenges and trade-off decisions.\nPromote architecture governance, design best practices, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement in development processes.\nContribute to intellectual property creation through patents, technical disclosures, and innovative technology solutions.\nEnsure compliance with applicable regulatory, reliability, safety, cybersecurity, and product certification requirements.\nPartner with industrialization and manufacturing teams to ensure architecture decisions support product scalability, quality, serviceability, and lifecycle objectives.\nQualifications:\nB.E.
