The incumbent must ensure all stakeholders are engaged, the incumbent will work closely with all stake holders to identify, and implement, tools and functionality which will improve Overall Procurement Team efficiency, Customer and Supplier OTD, Imports Process.\nThe key responsibility of this position includes:\nBuying and Planning- Indirect Material\nCraft purchase order and inventory reports for management, Solve supply chain problems.\nWork within the management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned orders.\nEnsure their deliveries are on time, complete, free of damage, and within budget\nRecovery from Suppliers for Rejections/Damage shipments\nManage inventory, including current stock and new deliveries\nEstablishing long-term business relationships with suppliers and fostering mutual trust, respect, and cooperation\nHandling variety of commodities including HR & Admin, Marketing, Events, IT supplies, Training, Professional Services, Consulting, Audit, Logistics, etc\nProduction Planning\nMonitoring Sales demand and align Interco supplies.\nEnsures plan Vs. Actual, Interaction with Sales & Planning Team for assuring customer line coverage & anticipating fluctuation in customer plan.\nReview Demand Vs Supply on Daily/weekly/Monthly/Long term Horizon basis\nReview daily progress of production & sales to Management & highlights the threats by daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (Past due, OTD, Ops Review).\nMaterials Management\nResponsible for MMA activities viz. Min-Max, ABCQ, E&O, MRB, PFEP, KANBAN Active Inactive part review……\nReleasing Interco orders & Ensure parts availability in line with due dates- Zero-line stoppage\nMonitor monthly inventory inward plan to ensure inventory targets on track\nE&O Liquidation\nReview shortages of materials and ensure action steps for fulfilment of shortages, Timely availability of Parts, spares & raw materials, by efficiently coordinating & planning with the Suppliers.\nQualifications:\n2-4 years of experience in Indirect Planning & procurement in Engg.
