Documentation Development\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation in alignment with organizational standards and guidelines.\nWrite, edit, and update process manuals, user manuals, training materials, white papers, technical reports, and other supporting documentation.\nB. Content Creation and Translation\nTranslate complex electrical engineering concepts, product features, and system behavior into clear, accurate, and user-friendly content.\nEnsure documentation supports both technical and non-technical audiences.\nC. Collaboration and Information Validation\nCollaborate closely with Product Specialists, engineers, and business partners to gather accurate and detailed technical information related to electrical products and systems.\nValidate all technical content through reviews with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).\nD. AI-Assisted Content Development\nUtilize AI tools to generate initial drafts, outlines, or content suggestions.\nReview, refine, and enhance AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.\nE. Database and Knowledge Management\nDevelop and maintain structured databases of reference materials, including research data, usability studies, design specifications, and technical references.\nEnsure documentation is version-controlled, traceable, and easily retrievable.\nF. Quality Assurance and Compliance\nReview and proofread documentation to ensure grammatical accuracy, technical correctness, consistency, and adherence to style and branding guidelines.\nEnsure all documentation complies with organizational, legal, and quality standards.\nG. Process Documentation and Improvement\nDocument current and future process states using Value Stream Mapping to support process understanding and improvement.\nApply standard work, error proofing, and application knowledge to drive continuous improvement in documentation processes.\nH. Information Architecture\nResearch, create, and maintain information architecture templates that support scalability, reuse, and easy data migration.\nEnsure alignment with organizational and legal requirements.\nI. User Feedback and Content Evaluation\nAnalyze user feedback and AI-generated insights to understand user interactions with documentation.\nIdentify gaps and opportunities for improvement and implement innovative approaches to enhance content effectiveness.\nJ. Continuous Improvement and Best Practices\nEvaluate existing documentation and implement best practices to improve quality, usability, and efficiency.\nContribute to the development and adherence of Quality Control processes for all documentation releases.\nQualifications:\nGraduate in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics) or Graduate with relevant technical documentation experience in the electrical domain.\nMinimum 2-6 years of experience in technical documentation, technical writing, or content development for electrical products, systems, or engineering-driven environments.\nSkills:\n1. Strong understanding of electrical products, systems, and engineering documentation.\n2. Ability to read, interpret, and document technical drawings, specifications, and engineering data.\n3. Experience developing user manuals, process documentation, training materials, and technical reports.\n4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation platforms such as SharePoint.\n6. Experience using documentation tools and content management systems.\n7. Working knowledge of AI-assisted content creation tools and best practices for responsible use.\n8. Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.\n9. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.\n10.
