# Technical Production Supervisor

Eaton’s IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Technical Production Supervisor. This position will be onsite at our Middlesex, NC location. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates residing within the United States. In this role, you will manage and direct the Middlesex Weekend Shift operations to produce and ship product, at minimum cost, in accordance with engineering design specifications, quality standards, customer service goals, and profitability. You will be the first line Engineering point of contact for shop floor support on your shift. You will effectively communicate and work with all levels of plant personnel to complete your job function and meet safety, quality and productivity goals. This position follows a compressed workweek schedule, with hours from 8:00A.M. to 12:00P.M. on Thursday and 6:00A.M. to 6:30P.M. Friday through Sunday.
