This position combines technical expertise, project coordination, customer engagement, and commercial awareness to help ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet customer expectations.\nThe expected annual salary range for this role is $97,000 - $143,000 a year.\nPlease note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nCustomer & Technical Engagement\nServe as a technical point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.\nLead customer discussions to understand requirements, clarify technical needs, and communicate Eaton solutions.\nFacilitate customer meetings, document requirements, track open items, and coordinate follow-up activities.\nDeliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution overviews to customers and internal stakeholders.\nCoordinate internal responses to customer questions and communicate resolutions in a timely and professional manner.\nProject Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination\nPartner closely with sales teams, customers, and Project Managers to support execution of complex modular integrated solutions projects.\nDrive alignment across project management (if applicable), engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and operations teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.\nMonitor project action items, schedules, dependencies, and risks to help maintain customer commitments.\nProactively identify project roadblocks and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation and recovery plans.\nFacilitate regular project meetings and ensure timely follow-up on commitments and action items.\nProcurement & Commercial Support\nCollaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to resolve issues related to supplier quotations, material availability, lead times, pricing, and purchase order execution.\nCoordinate cross-functional discussions when technical or commercial clarification is required to support supplier engagement.\nSupport escalation and resolution of supplier onboarding, procurement, and material sourcing challenges that could impact project schedules.\nEnsure critical information is gathered and communicated effectively to support timely procurement decisions.\nProduct & Application Expertise\nDevelop a strong understanding of Modular Data Center Integrated Solutions, including mechanical, thermal, and electrical components used within data center environments.\nProvide application support and technical guidance for customer-specific solutions.\nCollect customer feedback and market insights to support future product improvements and innovation initiatives.\nMonitor industry trends, customer requirements, and competitive developments within the data center market.\nQualifications:\nBasic Qualifications:\nMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering\nMinimum of five (5) years of experience in engineering, project management, sales, marketing or product support.\nAbility to travel up to 35%\nNo relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Woodridge, IL will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.\nMust be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
