The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and solutions to our customers, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.\nWhat you’ll do:\nProvide technical support , trouble shoot systems and expertise to customers and internal teams regarding emergency lighting products and solutions.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to emergency lighting systems.\nConduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations for customers and partners.\nCollaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.\nAssist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and FAQs.\nStay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and emerging technologies in emergency lighting.\nEnsure compliance with local regulations and standards for emergency lighting systems.\nProvide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and technical issues.\nQualifications:\nGraduate Engineering Degree - Ideally Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial.\nMinimum 7 years of techno-commercial experience, including extensive knowledge of Emergency Lighting Systems and applications\nSkills:\nTechnical knowledge in Emergency Lighting or Safety Systems is required\nBasic knowledge in AutoCAD and lighting design software Dialux\nFire alarm system experience is a strong plus\nStrong Communication and Presentation skills\nElectrical products instrumentation knowledge\nPC literate\nWhat we offer you:\nBeing part of a company that has been in business for more than 100 years, is well known in the industry, and has a major impact on the energy industry.\nWork in a company that is commitment to Inclusion & Diversity and Sustainability.\nAnnual mentoring program, Eaton University, a reward, and recognition system.\nOngoing Learning and Career Development Opportunities in a global company.
