Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos del Sistema de Calidad, así como de las políticas de EQS aplicables.\nFUNCIONES ESENCIALES:\n1. Realizar inspecciones y pruebas dimensionales, visuales y/o funcionales de los procesos de manufactura y/o de los componentes recibidos desde los suplidores internos y externos, contra la revisión vigente de las especificaciones (Drawings, EBOM, Material Standard, Test Spec, Instrucciones de Manufactura) que le apliquen.\n2. Asegurar la correcta evaluación y disposición del material no conforme identificado en las líneas de producción o en el área de inspección de recibo.\n3. Validar rechazos de componentes, sub-ensamblajes y/o productos terminados.\n4. Asistir a los ingenieros de las líneas en inspecciones especiales, a requerimiento.\nPara los técnicos del área de Operaciones:\n5. Verificar que todos los materiales a utilizar para la construcción de un producto sean los correctos .\n6. Verificar el ensamble correcto del producto, realizando auditorias por horas a los ensambladores de la línea de manufactura.\n7. Realizar auditoria final, mediante distintas verificaciones y pruebas de destrucción.\n8. Entrenar el personal en las actividades de sorteo de material no conforme.\nResponsabilidades relacionadas con Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (EHS):\n1. Asistir a todos los entrenamientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio ambiente que sean asignados.\n2. Cumplir con los requerimientos de 5S/MESH.\n3. Responsable de velar por las normas de seguridad así como las políticas establecidas por Eaton.\nRequisitos:\nEscolaridad Mínima requerida (Cumplir con una de las siguientes 3 opciones)*:\no Bachiller Técnico Profesional en Electrónica/Electricidad/Mecánica. ó\no Estudiante Universitario de las ramas de Ingeniería y/o a fines con un mínimo de 85 créditos aprobados. ó\no Bachiller general con un mínimo de 250 (doscientas cincuenta) horas de estudios en las áreas de Electrónica/Electricidad/Mecánica/Calidad.\nConocimientos básicos de Inglés.\nConocimientos Intermedios Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point.\n1 año en el área de Manufactura.
