Leveraging strong expertise in LV, MV, power distribution, backup power, and data center applications, the engineer ensures alignment between customer needs and Eaton solutions.\nThe position works closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing teams to maximize bid success, ensure smooth project handover, and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.\"\n\"\nManage project tenders from opportunity qualification through quotation submission and project handover.\nReview customer requirements, specifications, and tender documentation to develop compliant and competitive solutions.\nPrepare technical and commercial offers, quotations, and pricing proposals for LV, MV, power distribution, backup power, and data center projects.\nManage technical clarifications and Comply, Deviate, and Exception (CDE) requirements.\nCollaborate with Sales, Business Units, Engineering, Operations, suppliers, and project teams to deliver winning bids.\nSupport opportunity qualification, bid strategy, risk assessment, and cost optimization to maximize profitability and win rates.\nEngage with customers, consultants, and key stakeholders to understand requirements and present Eaton solutions.\nBuild and maintain strong technical expertise in Eaton products, applications, and market segments.\nEnsure seamless handover of awarded projects and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.\"\nQualifications:\nElectrical Engineering Degree and/or equivalent industry experience.\n\"\n7+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on power distribution, backup power, and critical power systems.\nSkills:\nExperience in tendering, estimating, quotations, or project execution for large-scale commercial, industrial, or data center projects.\nStrong knowledge of LV and MV electrical systems; data center experience is an advantage.\"\n\"\nStrong knowledge of LV and MV power distribution, UPS, backup power, and critical power systems, with data center experience preferred.\nFamiliarity with Eaton products or equivalent electrical solutions, including switchgear, LV assemblies, UPS, and power distribution equipment.\nStrong technical, problem-solving, and commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate solutions and resolve complex challenges.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, customer engagement, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align technical decisions.\nExperience with SCADA and control systems is an advantage.\nFluent in English with strong intercultural awareness, professional integrity, and a commitment to ethical business practices. • Site experience on installation, testing and comissioning will be preferable.\"\nTeam player, strong organizational skills, collaborative mindset, self-starter, and problem solver.
