Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nPosition Overview:\nThe training coordinator assists in the leadership, administration and coordination of the plant’s training and employee resource programs and processes to assure the organization develops and realizes the full potential of the workforce in support of the business strategic plans and the pursuit of business excellence. This position will report directly to the Operational Excellence Manager.\nIn this position you will:\nTrack training for EHS, Quality, Operations and HR to ensure compliance with internal procedures, OPA, ISO requirements (14001 & 9001), and Eaton Values and Philosophy.\nDevelop digital/online tracking of training requirements (LMS & Eaton University)\nSupports in the development of training and knowledge materials via books, videos, or any other mechanism for delivering information.\nSupport new hire training, PIV hands on training, and crane/hoist hands on training, which includes maintaining all training documents, training new hires, and any re-training that may be required. Ensure our program adheres to Eaton’s MESH program.\nConduct regular audits to ensure training materials are effective and relevant.\nMaintain group’s cross-training matrix(ces)\nProvide training to both individuals and groups as needed.\nComplete special training projects as needed.\nDemonstrates flexibility to work shifts and overtime to provide training support across all shifts in the group you support.\nQualifications:\nRequired (Basic) Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma\nMinimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment\nMinimum 2 years’ experience in a lead role or trainer capacity\nMust be proficient and have experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)\nLive within 50 miles\nThis position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
