Below are a few of the outstanding benefits we offer:\n\nHealth benefits and vacation time - available to use on day one of your employment!\nPaid holidays - up to 12!\nWeekly pay\nShift premiums - $2.50/hr for off shifts & Opportunities for overtime.\nCareer progression opportunities to cross-train in different departments and increase compensation.\nRetirement benefits, Paid Parental Leave, Educational Assistance Program, Wellness Reimbursement, and more!\nWhat you’ll do:\nPosition Overview:\nThe Tanker is responsible for tank substation and three-phase, pad-mounted transformers, making all necessary connections to brushings, switches, etc.\nIn this function you will:\nLocate and move tanks, parts, and covers to the assembly area.\nAssemble bushings and current transformers to cover or tank as specified.\nMount core and coil in tank and bolts in place, clamp cover in place and makes all electrical connections to bushings, and mount tap changer, switches, current transformers, and vacuum fault interrupters.\nLocate and assemble all accessories, such as oil level gauges, thermometer, pressure-vacuum gauge, pressure relief device, etc. to the tank as specified.\nCheck all lead clearances inside unit and assemble needed spacers and or insulating barriers as required.\nPerform resistance testing on small pad-mounted transformers.\nVFI, Load break switches.\nRead and work off of blueprints and schematics.\nQualifications:\nRequired (Basic) Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) from an accredited institution is required.\nCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.\nNo relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Waukesha, WI facility.
