You will play a key role supporting hyperscale data centres, delivering high-quality technical expertise across commissioning, testing and system configuration.\nWhat you’ll do:\nCommission large-scale UPS systems on customer sites\nPerform Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to ensure successful installation and system performance\nConfigure and deploy remote monitoring and diagnostic software\nCommunicate technical information effectively with customers and key stakeholders\nAdhere to anti-static handling procedures and safety requirements\nApply Engineering Change Notice (ECN) processes to all repair and service activities\nQualifications:\nEducated to a HNC or higher in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent\nPrevious experience in a Field Service role\nThree phase electrical installation or maintenance knowledge\n\nA good understanding of UPS systems is preferred \nSkills:\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities\nExcellent communication skills with customers and technical teams\nCustomer-focused approach and professionalism\nAbility to remain calm under pressure, especially during critical power outages\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety\nTime management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively\nWhat we offer:\nA dynamic and international work environment\nOpportunities for technical development and continuous training\nCareer growth within a global organization\nA strong focus on safety, ethics, and sustainability\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
