As demand for critical power expertise continues to grow, this role provides a clear pathway to building a long-term career in a specialist and future-focused field.\nWhat you’ll do:\nDiagnose faults on UPS systems\nDemonstrate a strong understanding of on-line and line-interactive UPS systems\nCarry out preventative maintenance on the existing installed base\nPerform repairs on all types of UPS systems, including standalone and parallel configurations\nSet up and configure remote monitoring software\nCommunicate with key stakeholders on technical matters\nAdhere to anti-static policies and procedures\nApply the ECN process to all repairs\nQualifications:\nExperience working with three-phase electrical systems in an installation, maintenance, service, commissioning or troubleshooting environment\nStrong electrical fault-finding skills\nAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings\nPrevious experience with UPS systems is beneficial but not essential, as full product training will be provided\nA desire to develop specialist expertise in critical power and data centre technologies\nWhat we offer:\nExposure to mission-critical facilities including some of the UK's largest data centres\nStructured training and support to develop into a UPS specialist\nClear career progression within a growing international services organisation\nOpportunities to work with advanced critical power technologies and industry-leading customers\nA strong safety-first culture\nA collaborative and inclusive working environment\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
