Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nWhat You’ll Do\nThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting all warehouse operations to ensure the accurate receipt, storage, movement, inventory control, and shipment of materials. This role works across receiving, inventory management, material handling, and shipping functions to support on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, workplace safety, and customer satisfaction.\nIn This Role, You Will:\nSafely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, store, stage, and transport materials.\nReceive, verify, and process incoming materials against packing slips, purchase orders, bills of lading, and system transactions.\nLoad and unload trucks while inspecting materials for damage, quantity discrepancies, and identification accuracy.\nPick, stage, package, and prepare finished goods and materials for shipment.\nMaintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, inventory audits, transaction processing, and system updates.\nInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve inventory discrepancies, misplaced materials, and receiving/shipping issues.\nResearch material transaction history and perform root cause analysis to support inventory accuracy and continuous improvement efforts.\nCoordinate material movements and communicate effectively with production, planners, buyers, supply chain teams, and internal customers.\nProcess warehouse transactions using ERP, WMS, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications, including receiving, shipping, transfers, and inventory adjustments.\nMaintain documentation and records for receiving, shipping, inventory, and material transactions.\nSupport Kanban systems, stock replenishment activities, and material flow processes.\nEnforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment in accordance with 5S standards.\nAssist with annual physical inventory counts and special inventory projects.\nSupport internal transportation activities and material deliveries between departments, facilities, vendors, and contractors as needed.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, and operational performance.\nPerform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\nMinimum 2 years of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or material handling experience.\nAbility to work legally in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.\nExperience using warehouse management, ERP, or inventory systems.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse activities including standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting throughout the workday.\nMust live within 50 miles of location\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with SAP or similar ERP systems.\nForklift reach truck and electric pallet jack experience.\nExperience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.\nExperience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nKnowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse best practices.• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.\nSkills:\nSkills and Competencies\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.\nAnalytical and problem-solving abilities.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nCustomer-focused mindset with strong internal partnership skills.\nWorking knowledge of warehouse safety practices and 5S principles.\nAbility to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.\nProficiency in basic math, inventory transactions, and data entry.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.\nFrequent bending, reaching, squatting, pushing, pulling, and climbing as required.\nAbility to safely operate powered industrial equipment.\nVisual acuity and communication skills necessary to perform warehouse operations safely and effectively.\nWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
