They wil also coordinate on-the-job training and ensure compliance with site safety regulations through consistent follow-up and oversight.\nIn this function, you will:\nAssist Supervisor in day-to-day DC operations.\nMonitor workload and productivity dashboard and allocate resources as required.\nCoordinate all OJT and safety training requirements.\nParticipate in OJT and safety team.\nAssist in productivity and non-conformance data collection and analysis.\nResearch answers and correct minor day-to-day operations problems and questions; troubleshooting to include both internal and external customer inquiries.\nRecommend new ideas and proposals supporting site scorecard categories and initiatives.\nProvide temporary supervision as required if Supervisor is away - of limited time duration.\nSupport all site quality and productivity goals.\nSupport kai-ban replenishment system and coordinate material handling with warehouse (W34).\nPerform work of equal or lower classifications as needed.\nObserve safety policies, report unsafe acts and hazards, and maintain a clean and orderly department.\nAdhere to all company policies and procedures.\nQualifications:\nBasic Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) from an accredited institution. \nMinimum of one year of manufacturing or warehouse experience. \nMust be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now or in the future. \nNo relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Dallas, TX will be considered.
