We have approximately 85,000 employees.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nManually pick products off shelves to fill orders.\nTransport in-progress orders to location of next item on order list\nLift products manually\nScan products using Radio Frequency (RF) units\nDetermine order information using Radio Frequency (RF) units\nFill boxes with packaging materials to avoid order damage\nLift products to place them in boxes\nFollow safety procedures for equipment use to reduce potential for accidents\nCount product quantities to fill orders\nTransport picked orders to packing station to be prepared for shipping\nBuild appropriate (correct size) box based on order, weight, and size\nLabel boxes with barcodes for product and order tracking\nUnderstand safety procedures for picking products off shelves\nFollow packaging procedures for pallets to fill large orders\nMonitor equipment to ensure proper functioning\nClean factory to maintain proper work environment\nReview manifests, invoices, and orders to ensure accurate orders\nExamine products to ensure damaged products are not shipped\nLift products to place them on pallet\nLift things from ground level to a level of 3 feet\nUnderstand quota requirements to accomplish required production level\nQualifications:\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nMust be able to lift up to 40 lbs.\nRemain standing for an extended period of time up to 10 hours\nAble to perform with constant movement of the arms\nSkills:\nPREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:\nKnowledge:\nProduction and Processing - Knowledge of techniques for maximizing the effective distribution of goods.\nTransportation - Knowledge of principles and methods for moving goods including the relative costs and benefits.\nSkills:\nActive Learning - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.\nActive Listening - Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.\nCritical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.\nMathematics - Using mathematics to solve problems\nMonitoring - Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.\nManagement of Material Resources - Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work.\nTime Management - Managing one's own time and the time of others.\nAbilities:\nMemorization - The ability to remember information such as words, numbers, pictures, and procedures.\nPerceptual Speed - The ability to quickly and accurately compare similarities and differences among sets of letters, numbers, objects, pictures, or patterns.
