Years\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven IT Operations Project Manager to oversee projects across Web Development, QA, System Administration, and Paid Media teams.\nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, task allocation, timeline management, team coordination, quality control, and ensuring timely delivery of client requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage projects from requirement gathering and planning through execution, testing, and final delivery.\nCreate project plans, assign tasks, set priorities, and track deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables.\nCoordinate with web developers, QA testers, system administrators, and Ads teams to ensure smooth project execution.\nEnsure website requirements, designs, content, and other resources are finalized before development begins.\nTrack bugs, QA feedback, website functionality, deployment schedules, and resolution of technical issues.\nCoordinate with system administrators on website uptime, security, server issues, downtime reporting, and production releases.\nMonitor paid media project deliverables, campaign setup, tracking requirements, reporting, and pending client approvals.\nConduct daily team check-ins, review project boards, follow up on overdue tasks, and resolve blockers.\nCommunicate project progress, risks, delays, and resource requirements to management and clients.\nMaintain project trackers, SOPs, checklists, and documentation to ensure accountability and consistency.\nIdentify process gaps and implement improvements to increase team efficiency, quality, and turnaround time.\nRequirements\n2–6 years of experience in IT Project Management, Technical Project Management, Web Project Management, or a similar role.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams, particularly web development, QA, and technical operations.\nWorking knowledge of website development, software testing, bug tracking, and deployment workflows.\nBasic understanding of server operations, website uptime, and incident management.\nFamiliarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign workflows is an advantage.\nExperience with Asana, Jira, Monday.com, ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management tools.\nStrong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.\nStrong ownership, attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nOn-time project delivery and task completion rates.\nProject turnaround time and reduction in overdue tasks.\nQuality of deliverables and reduction in recurring defects.\nTimely identification and resolution of blockers.\nWebsite deployment timelines and coordination of technical issues.\nTeam productivity, accountability, and process adherence.\nAccuracy of project reporting and
