of relevant experience preferred.\n\nRelated work experience in the software development business is preferred.\n\nHas knowledge of the application of principles and practices of personnel administration.\n\nGood in Nepali and English (oral and written).\n\nGood in email, scheduling, office applications, and experience with online HRMS tools.\n\nHas a strong commitment to the organization's values, policies, and culture.\n\nDelivers the right thing, on time, with quality and accuracy.\n\nIdentifies, assesses, and addresses potential issues in the workplace.\n\nEstablishes a relationship of trust with employees and maintains confidentiality.\n\nThe Impact Zone:\nAssist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job analysis, sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding of new hires.\n\nFacilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.\n\nSupport employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events, surveys, and activities to boost morale and foster a positive workplace culture.\n\nEnsure clear communication and compliance with company policies, addressing employee queries and providing accurate policy-related materials.\n\nMaintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports for decision-making.\n\nAssist in performance management processes, including updating performance metrics, supporting reviews, and addressing performance-related issues.\n\nManage compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination, leave management, and employee benefits events.\n\nCoordinate with external vendors for employee gifts and milestones, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.\n\nSupport training and development programs, ensuring employees’ development needs are met through in-house and off-site training initiatives.\n\nManage the company’s social media platforms by creating engaging content, developing a posting calendar, and promoting branding initiatives.\n\nExpected Strengths and Competencies:\nPersonnel Administration Knowledge: Sound understanding of principles and practices of
