Our 12-week internship program is designed to provide real-world and hands-on experience in areas that interest you! As an intern, you will collaborate with industry experts to solve real-world challenges and change the way we do business.\nDevelopment Engineer Interns will provide electrical project support through:\nDesign and fabrication of test article instrumentation\n\nCircuit analysis\n\nHarnessing, soldering, testing\n\nPCB design\n\nElectrical database administration\n\nPerform hands-on testing of electronic assemblies in a development lab environment\n\nParticipate in environmental and dynamic testing of development, qualification, and production top-level assemblies\n\nAssess and analyze technical risks, then support the creation and execution of risk mitigation plans\n\nGenerate technical reports for complex development tests and analyses\n\nAs a part of our internship program, your experience will include:\nRobust projects with positive business impact\n\nFormal and informal feedback from managers\n\nLunch and learn sessions featuring executives from across the business\n\nNetworking and social events\n\nVisibility to all levels of leadership\n\nQualified candidates will be pursuing a bachelor’s degree with Junior standing at the time of application, in an Engineering discipline.\nEnsign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
