Our 12-week internship program is designed to provide real-world and hands-on experience in areas that interest you! As an intern, you will collaborate with industry experts to solve real-world challenges and change the way we do business.\nProduct Engineer Interns will work within our Electronics Operations in support of all aspects of product engineering including, but not limited to:\nContinuous improvement\nDevelopment of Standard Work packages\nLean cell conversion and statistical process control implementation\nManufacturing cell design\nnew product development\nResponsibilities/daily duties:\nAssist in solving manufacturing problems, investigating process failures, and implementing corrective actions\nAssist in the Implementation of Lean methodologies including standard work, point of use tooling, material presentation, and process improvements.\nInterface with production personnel including operators, quality inspectors, and shop floor supervisors.\nRequirements:\nCandidate pursuing an undergraduate degree in an engineering discipline\nStrong Microsoft Office Skills\nExperience with CAD and hands-on experience using manufacturing tools preferred\nAs an EBI intern, you will:\nWork on robust projects that prepare you for a full-time opportunity after graduation\nSolve real-world challenges alongside industry experts\nReceive competitive pay for your contributions\nShowcase your project outcomes to leadership at the end of the summer\nParticipate in career discussions\nSocialize through teambuilding and networking events\nLearn more about career opportunities across our businesses\nEnsign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
