If this is the culture and work environment you are seeking, then EBAD is the place for you!\nJob Description\nEBAD is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic located in Moorpark, CA.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nConduct repairs and preventive maintenance service\nMaintain production and quality by ensuring reliable operation of machinery and mechanical equipment\nProvide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment during production\nPerforms scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment and plant facility\nPrepares and performs mechanic duties including but not limited to, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting and repair of production machines and facility ancillary equipment\nStart up and operate production machinery and equipment for manufacturing pilot run materials and special products.\nRequirements:\nMust have high school diploma and two (2) years or more related experience with a trade or technical school certificate or relevant experience.\nMust understand mechanical functioning as well as having operational knowledge of all production machinery, equipment and tooling.\nExperience in at least one specialized skilled maintenance area such as electrical, general maintenance, electronics, mechanical repair.\nExperience troubleshooting complex equipment.\nMust be able to innovate and analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action so as to solve operating equipment problems.\nComplies with OSHA safety and health rules\nReads, interprets and understands equipment manuals, schematic diagrams and blue prints\nAbility to work in confined spaces and elevated heights\nAble to lift 70 lbs.\nAble to work outdoors in cold and hot weather\nDesired skills:\nGood teamwork & interpersonal skills including communication\nOrganized and detail oriented\nExcellent problem solving skills\nAble to work quickly under pressure\nShow versatility and flexibility\nAbility to fabricate parts and equipment using 80/20 and other materials\n Compensation:\nPay range: $20 - $35 per hour.
