If this is the culture and work environment you are seeking, then EBAD is the place for you!\nJob Description\nResponsibilities:\nSupports daily shipment receipt and distribution process. Leads problem resolution to ensure accurate, timely accounting for incoming supplier inventory.\nSupport the weekly Cycle Count process. Run, distribute, manage count sheets, and reconcile weekly reports. Lead corrective action process. Report results weekly.\nWork with Operations teams to create & maintain expendable, production and vendor managed Kanbans.\nWorks closely with Operations teams to manage Kitting program.\nWork with Operation and Program team members to complete dispositions of excess project inventory and participate in material close-out activity. Assist with reconciliation, disposal and accounting for Excess and Obsolete (E&O) inventory.\nSupport Customer Furnished Property (CFP) program and supplier inventory process. Leads problem resolution and performs reporting.\nBack up for hazardous material and inert product Shipping.\nOutside audit preparation and support.\nTrouble shooting inventory issues and reconciliations.\nRequirements:\nHigh School diploma minimum. AAS Business or equivalent experience is a plus.\nExperience working in Aerospace and Defense is desired; preferably in a material management organization.\nExperience using ERP systems to logically move and physically ship materials. \nInventory transactions, storage and cycle count experience required.\nKnowledge of hazardous material shipping and movement experience desired. DOT CFR-49 and IATA Certification is a plus.\nExperience in Microsoft Office products; especially Word and Excel.\nExcels in a dynamic, changeable work environment. Energetic and positive.
