Our 12-week internship program is designed to provide real-world and hands-on experience in areas that interest you! As an intern, you will collaborate with industry experts to solve real-world challenges and change the way we do business.\nProduction Planner Interns will work within our Energetics Operations in support of all aspects of production planning including, but no limited to:\nContinuous improvement\nLean Manufacturing\nReviewing supply and demand within ERP/MRP systems to support production schedules\nSupport material planning activities, including monitoring raw materials, inventory, and production requirements\nResponsibilities/daily duties\nAssist with tracking inventory movements and maintaining accurate inventory records\nHelp identify material requirements and potential shortages that could impact production schedules\nSupport the creation, tracking, and prioritization of shop orders and material kits\nCoordinate with Production, Material Control, Supply Chain, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to support material flow\nAssist with maintaining Kanban inventory levels and identifying opportunities to improve material availability\nRequirements:\nCandidate pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.\nStrong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills\nExperience with Microsoft Excel\nInterest in manufacturing, supply chain, materials management, production planning, Lean Manufacturing, or ERP/MRP systems is preferred.\nAs an EBI intern, you will:\nRobust projects with positive business impact\nFormal and informal feedback from managers\nLunch and learn sessions featuring executives from across the business\nNetworking and social events\nVisibility to all levels of leadership\nEnsign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
