About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our growing Sales team.
In this role, you will act as a technical bridge between technology and business, helping banks and financial institutions understand how ebankIT's Omnichannel Digital Banking Platform can address their business and technology challenges.
You will play a key role in driving business growth by developing strategic partnerships, engaging with clients and prospects, and supporting the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and opportunity qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.

Role and responsibilities:
• Act as a technical expert throughout the sales cycle, supporting commercial engagements and strategic opportunities;
• Understand customer business and technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions;
• Conduct discovery sessions, customer meetings, and product demonstrations;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders;
• Support implementation partners throughout customer engagements and solution adoption;
• Develop technical and commercial proposals and provide technical guidance throughout the sales process;
• Identify new business opportunities, contribute to upselling initiatives, and support sales growth;
• Negotiate commercial agreements and support deal closure;
• Collaborating across teams to deliver successful customer outcomes;
• Contribute to the creation of sales materials, presentations, and value propositions;
• Represent ebankIT at trade shows, conferences, and industry events as a trusted advisor and product expert.
Profile:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (e.g., IT Engineering, Electronics & Computers, Artificial Intelligence, or similar);
• At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience managing international networks of System Integrator partners;
• Experience working in international business environments;
• Previous sales experience within Digital Banking, Fintech, SaaS, or Software companies;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• A results-driven mindset, combined with a strong commitment to integrity, transparency, and professionalism;
• Availability to travel internationally;
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
