This mission involves accelerating synchronized sales processes in collaboration with marketing, operations, and product teams.\nYou will be responsible for:\nIdentify & Develop Opportunities: Find new direct business opportunities, nurture partnerships, and close deals to fuel EBANX’s growth.\nManage Sales Cycle: Drive the entire sales process from initial engagement to deal closure, responding to complex RFIs and RFPs.\nBuild Strong Relationships: Establish lasting partnerships with industry experts and partners to support long-term growth.\n Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with internal teams (risk, product, marketing) to drive initiatives and execute deals.\nMarket Development: Focus on digital goods, e-commerce, and marketplace segments to expand EBANX’s market presence.\nPipeline Management: Track sales progress in Salesforce and maintain a keen understanding of the competitive landscape.\nStrategic Adaptation: Be proactive in revising strategies based on market insights and growth opportunities.\nWhat is indispensable for the job?\nPayments Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the payments industry, with strong knowledge of global e-commerce challenges, payments, and digital commerce solutions.\nProven Sales Experience: Successful track record in enterprise sales within the payments industry.\n Complex B2B Sales: Experience selling technology or payment solutions to C-Level executives in enterprise software (SaaS), ERP, or payment sectors.\nSales Process Mastery: Skilled in managing complex sales processes with multiple decision-makers.\nCRM Proficiency: Competent in pipeline management and sales forecasting using Salesforce.\nEntrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter with a can-do attitude who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\nGlobal E-Commerce Knowledge: Familiar with global e-commerce challenges and merchant success factors across regions.\nOutstanding Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of building influence and overcoming obstacles creatively.\n Language: Fluent in English (mandatory).
