Data quality, automation, and technology are essential to making this possible, and this role will contribute directly to that transformation.\nYou will work at the intersection of data, technology, and Compliance, supporting the development of solutions that reduce manual work, improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and enable better decision-making. You will also have the opportunity to explore emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, and apply them to real operational challenges.\nWhat You'll Do\nExtract, process, organize, and analyze data to support Compliance operations, monitoring activities, reporting, and decision-making.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance indicators to improve visibility into Compliance processes and results.\nIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, reduce manual work, and improve operational efficiency.\nDevelop and support automation solutions using tools such as Python, SQL, APIs, and AI-based technologies.\nContribute to improving data quality, reliability, and accessibility across Compliance processes.\nSupport the development, review, and optimization of monitoring rules and controls, including initiatives to reduce false positives.\nExplore and test new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to improve existing workflows and develop more scalable solutions.\nCollaborate with Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and other internal teams to translate operational needs into practical technological solutions.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives that help Compliance scale alongside EBANX's global expansion.\nWhat We're Looking For\nCurrently pursuing or holding a degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.\nKnowledge of Python for data manipulation, process automation, and integration with APIs.\nIntermediate SQL skills, including querying, joining, and transforming data.\nFamiliarity with data analysis and visualization tools.\nBasic understanding of data structures, statistics, and analytical problem-solving.\nStrong analytical thinking, attention to detail, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset.\nInterest in automation, artificial intelligence, and applying technology to improve business processes.\nGood communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across different teams.\nIntermediate English or above.\nNice to Have\nExperience with Python libraries such as Pandas, Selenium, or BeautifulSoup.\nFamiliarity with DBT, Git, Bash, or data transformation workflows.\nExperience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.\nKnowledge of workflow automation, AI tools, or AI-assisted development.\nPrevious experience or exposure to Compliance, Risk Management, Financial Services, or operational processes.\nSpanish language skills.\nEBANX
