As a Senior Product Analyst for Payments Performance, you will play a key role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and continuous evolution of our card products and payment platform. You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing strategies to improve critical capabilities such as Network Token, Card-on-File, Account Updater, and 3DS, while maintaining operational excellence across multiple markets.

Working closely with Engineering, Operations, Commercial teams, and external partners, you will leverage data and analytical insights to optimize authorization rates, strengthen redundancy strategies across countries and providers, and drive discovery initiatives that unlock new opportunities to improve payment performance and merchant experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working cross-functionally, and combining analytical thinking with product strategy to continuously enhance the performance and scalability of a global payments ecosystem.

What your day-to-day will look like

• Own and continuously improve card performance capabilities such as Network Token, Card-on-File, Account Updater, 3DS, and other products that impact authorization rates and merchant experience.
• Analyze payment performance metrics, identify trends and opportunities, and drive data-driven initiatives to improve conversion, reliability, and operational excellence across multiple markets.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Commercial teams, and external partners to investigate issues, prioritize opportunities, and deliver solutions that enhance payment performance.
• Lead discovery initiatives and evaluate new technologies, providers, and strategies to increase approval rates, strengthen redundancy between countries and partners, and expand our product capabilities.
• Establish and maintain monitoring frameworks, KPIs, and processes that ensure continuous optimization and scalability of the payments ecosystem.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and payment technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and aligned with market best practices.

What you need to shine in this role

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate insights into product decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
• Ownership mindset, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Ability to leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and execution, while applying sound judgment and business context to drive decisions.

Bonus points if you have

• Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or related industries.
• Familiarity with card products and technologies such as Network Token, Account Updater, Card-on-File, 3DS, smart routing, or anti-fraud solutions.
• Experience working with payment providers, acquirers, issuers, and card schemes.
• Familiarity with analytics and observability tools such as SQL, Datadog, Kibana, Grafana, or Looker.
• Experience with iterative product development and experimentation.
• Professional proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
