You ensure that every step of our solution runs accurately, efficiently, and reliably, impacting millions of transactions worldwide. Here, operational excellence combines with innovation and collaboration to make our work truly Out Of The Ordinary.\nWhat your day-to-day will look like\nWork closely with the Commercial Team to understand the customer needs and define the best technical solution.\nLead technical calls with different types of audiences: presenting EBANX solutions and/or exploratory discovery meetings to understand the customer's business case;\nWork with Internal Teams (Business Architecture, Product, Regulatory, Finance, Dev) to design and validate the customer business case and needs, always seeking the best solution;\nPrioritizes, communicates, and mitigates issues and risks with internal stakeholders promptly;\nPrepare a high-quality, documented solution proposal that is going to be delivered to the customer and used by EBANX Internal Teams as a guide to the Implementation Project.\nReport to internal stakeholders weekly on the progress of all of your work with the customers.\nGuarantee a frictionless handover to the implementation team once the design is complete\nWhat you need to shine in this role\nTechnical background, with a focus on Web-based/cloud applications, and API communication;\nPayments industry background;\nAbility to coordinate effectively with people across geographically diverse cultures;\nCustomer-facing skills, effective interpersonal relationships, demonstrating professional and technical credibility;\nEnglish proficiency;\nA strong Team Player, helping to develop the Pre-Sales Engineer Team alongside the EBANX
