Based in Austin, TX this role reports to the Senior Director, Ethics & Compliance. You will be primarily responsible for managing day-to-day operations for enterprise-wide training programs for a diverse global workforce to support eBay’s culture of integrity!\nWhat you will accomplish:\nManage day-to-day operations and relationship with external learning content provider, facilitating content customization, multilingual delivery, and mobile access.\nImplement workflows for subject matter experts (SMEs) to review and tailor training content.\nExecute end-to-end deployment of annual compliance, new hire, and targeted off-cycle micro-learning modules segmented by role and geography.\nEstablish reporting and analytics to track relevant training metrics. \nImplement escalation communications for overdue training.\nPartner with key stakeholders to drive timely completion and leverage data insights for continuous program improvements.\nWhat you will bring:\nBachelor’s degree required\nDedicated to working hybrid model 3+ days per week out of our Austin, TX or Salt Lake City, Utah office. \n5+ years of experience in human resources, training & development, ethics & compliance, corporate communications, or a related field\n2+ Years experience with a formal Learning Management Systems (LMS), third-party training platforms, and sophisticated analytics tools. (Workday Learning preferred).\nOutstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills \nCollaborative, consultative approach with a passion for promoting a culture of ethics and integrity\nAdditional Details\nThe base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:\n$85,000 - $125,000Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
