Using diagnostic tools and visual inspections, you will confirm that devices are authentic, fully functional, and match the condition and specifications described in the listing.\nYour work plays a key role in maintaining trust in the eBay marketplace and delivering an outstanding customer experience.\nPrevious experience inspecting, repairing, refurbishing or handling consumer electronics is beneficial, but not essential. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and have a strong attention to detail.\n\nWhat You Will Do:\nRun diagnostic software to verify device functionality, battery health, carrier status and other technical specifications.\nInspect devices to confirm their condition and specifications match the listing information.\nIdentify and document counterfeit or non-compliant items, providing clear and accurate findings.\nVerify multiple devices efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality and meeting daily productivity targets.\nCommunicate proactively with your manager about daily progress and operational challenges.\nWork safely and effectively within the warehouse and logistics environment.\nSupport other warehouse activities as required.\nWhat You Bring:\nExperience in electronics inspection, refurbishment, repair, warehousing, logistics, or a related environment is a plus.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.\nHigh commitment to quality and accuracy.\nFlexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and processes.\nGood communication skills and ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.\nComfortable working in an active environment, with basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Slack.\nAdditional Details\neBay is an equal opportunity employer.
