scale.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX, Content, and Data, to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with business goals.\nContribute to architecture discussions and help drive best practices for frontend and backend development, code quality, testing, and observability.\nImprove engineering productivity by identifying opportunities for better tooling, reusable components, and streamlined development workflows.\nDesign for flexibility and scale by anticipating evolving requirements and creating extensible systems and UI patterns.\nParticipate in code reviews, technical design reviews, release processes, and production support for business-critical applications.\nSupport operational excellence through monitoring, debugging, incident response, and continuous improvement of application reliability and performance.\n\nRequirements: \n4+ years of software development experience with strong computer science fundamentals and problem-solving skills.\nStrong experience in full-stack development, including backend services and modern frontend frameworks.\nProficiency in Java and/or Python for backend development, with experience building scalable APIs and distributed services.\nProficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Marko, or Node.js -based applications.\nHands-on experience building responsive, user-friendly web applications with a strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and component- based design.\nExperience working with REST and/or GraphQL APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.\nSolid understanding of databases and data access patterns, including relational and NoSQL systems.\nHands-on experience building or integrating AI-powered applications, including working with large language models, prompts, and evaluation/monitoring of AI features.\nPractical experience implementing or contributing to retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows, such as designing retrieval pipelines, integrating vector or semantic search, and grounding LLM outputs in internal data and policies.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated testing, and modern software engineering practices in an Agile environment.\nExperience building or integrating AI-powered features is a plus, including LLM- based workflows, API integrations, evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails.\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery speed and code quality is a plus.\nSkills\nGraphQL, Java,
