Requirements:

  • Technical Depth: Strong understanding of design patterns, layered architectures, and core CS fundamentals (data structures and algorithms).
  • Languages and Frameworks: Strong experience with JVM languages (Java, Kotlin); Spring Boot for REST APIs; scripting language proficiency (Python, Shell); frontend experience with React (or Angular) is a plus.

  • DevOps and Platform: Knowledge of modern DevOps principles and continuous delivery practices; experience with Kubernetes and Tekton is a plus.
  • AI/ML Exposure: Experience with MCP servers, AI agents, LLMs, and ML models is a plus.
  • Productivity and Metrics: Familiarity with DORA metrics, Flow Framework, or developer productivity platform initiatives is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong collaboration skills, and a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
