Ability to validate results while protecting sensitive data and respecting security, privacy, and licensing constraints.\nKnowledge of SAST and DAST for secure coding practices.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\nExperience with source control systems, preferably GitHub.\nExcellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.\nDemonstrated ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.\nCapability to manage complex requirements and adhere to deliverable timelines.\n Experience or knowledge in DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure as code) is a valuable asset.\n\nPreferred Experience\nProficiency with SQL (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra), including data modeling and migration strategies; familiarity with Redis caching.\nExperience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.\nFamiliarity with observability tooling (logging, metrics, tracing) and performance profiling.\nKnowledge of API gateways, service mesh, or message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ); experience with micro-frontends, shared component libraries, and design systems.\nExperience creating reusable instructions and workflows for AI coding agents, including test generation, static analysis, documentation, and safe refactoring; familiarity with MCP tools and schema validation.\nUnderstanding of security best practices (OAuth2/OpenID Connect, secrets management, TLS).\n\nNice-to-Have\nExperience with infrastructure concepts: networking, load balancing, autoscaling, and cost optimization.\nExposure to IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and pipeline automation (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).\nBackground in frontend and backend test automation (unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end testing) and blue/green or canary deployments.\nFamiliarity with AI governance practices, including prompt hygiene, data redaction, and validation against organizational coding standards.\nAdditional Details\neBay is an equal opportunity employer.
