This role sits within the Shipping team and focuses on scaling shipping capabilities that deliver value to both sellers and buyers. As a Senior Manager, Shipping Operations, you will lead the execution of key managed shipping initiatives, working across Product, Marketplace Operations, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams. The role has a direct impact on adoption, revenue growth, and customer experience, and operates as a key connector to align strategy with execution.\nNote: This is a 1-year fixed term contract role.\nWhat you will accomplish:\nDrive delivery of key Managed Shipping, Labels, and PUDO initiatives to improve adoption and marketplace performance\n\nSupport strategies that increase seller engagement, business expansion, and client happiness across shipping solutions\n\nPartner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless end-to-end shipping experience for sellers and buyers\n\nIdentify experience gaps and coordinate efforts between Product and Operations teams to implement improvements\n\nAlign with Product and Engineering to support roadmap delivery and program execution\n\nContribute to operational readiness with Marketplace Operations and support market strategy implementation with regional and commercial launch teams\n\nTrack and report on key performance metrics, supporting business reviews and driving follow-up actions to improve outcomes\n\nWhat you will bring:\nExperience in program management, business strategy, product, or marketplace operations\n\nAbility to manage complex cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable results\n\nStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making\n\nExperience supporting growth, adoption, and business performance in complex environments\n\nEffective stakeholder management and clear communication skills\n\nAbility to translate insights into actionable plans and drive execution across teams\n\nAdditional Details\neBay is an equal opportunity employer.
