We are developing an ecosystem of AI Agents and composable AI platforms that enable adaptive, scalable help experiences across every customer touchpoint.\nAs a Senior Product Manager, you will define and lead the strategy for how we design, build, and scale AI-powered help experiences, including capabilities that help eBay address product regulatory compliance requirements and policies at scale. You will work closely with design, engineering, data science, operations, policy, legal, and compliance teams to turn emerging AI capabilities, customer needs, and regulatory requirements into simple, trusted, and impactful products for customers and the business.\nWhat You Will Accomplish\nDefine the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI Agents, composable AI platforms, and capabilities supporting product regulatory compliance and trusted commerce experiences.\nIdentify opportunities to use AI, automation, and data to improve how regulatory requirements and product policies are understood, operationalized, and surfaced across customer experiences.\nTranslate customer, business, policy, and regulatory needs into clear, actionable product direction and requirements.\nPartner with Legal, Policy, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Engineering, Design, and Data Science to build scalable solutions that balance customer experience, regulatory obligations, and business objectives.\nUse data and experimentation to guide decisions, measure impact, identify emerging risks, and drive continuous improvement.\nBring customer insights, regulatory developments, data, and industry trends together to inform product strategy and improve the product experience.\nDevelop scalable capabilities that can adapt to evolving product regulations, marketplace policies, and requirements across markets and jurisdictions.\nPartner closely with design, engineering, and data science to deliver reliable, explainable, and high-quality AI-powered products at scale.\nBuild alignment and strong partnerships across teams to stay focused on shared goals and drive execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives.\nKeep customer trust, safety, and ease of use at the center of product decisions while enabling eBay to meet its regulatory and policy commitments.\nWhat You Will Bring\n6+ years of product management experience, ideally including experience with AI/ML, data-driven products, trust, risk, compliance, policy, or marketplace platforms.\nExperience applying AI and automation to improve customer experiences and solve complex customer or business problems, such as conversational AI, decisioning, classification, policy interpretation, or workflow automation.\nExperience working on product regulatory compliance, trust, risk, policy, or other regulated product domains is highly valued.\nAbility to translate complex regulatory, policy, operational, and technical requirements into scalable product capabilities and intuitive customer experiences.\nSkilled at using data and insights to uncover opportunities, drive prioritization, assess risk, and measure success.\nTechnical fluency and foresight to collaborate effectively with engineers, data scientists, and AI/ML teams.\nStrong judgment when working with AI-powered products where accuracy, explainability, customer trust, and regulatory compliance are important.\nHigh ownership mindset with a bias for action and focus on creating customer and business impact.\nExceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams, including Legal, Compliance, Policy, and Operations.\nExperience building 0→1 products and navigating ambiguity, evolving requirements, and complex stakeholder environments with confidence.\nExperience in e-commerce, marketplaces, customer support, self-service, trust, risk, or regulatory technology is a plus but not required.\nAdditional Details\neBay is an equal opportunity employer.
