You will define storage architecture while actively writing production code, solving complex distributed-systems problems, optimizing performance, and driving critical technologies from design through production.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop scalable Block, File, and Object Storage systems.\n\nBuild distributed storage data-plane and control-planecomponents.\n\nUse AI coding agents to your advantage to boost productivity and lead us to the future of AI native engineering. Capable of giving the right context and detailed requirements to the Agent.\n\nDevelop Kubernetes-native storage solutions using CSI, operators, controllers, and CRDs.\n\nWrite high-quality production code in C++, Go, Rust, Java, or similar languages.\n\nDesign for high availability, replication, fault tolerance, data durability, and recovery.\n\nOptimize storage systems for IOPS, throughput, latency, CPU, memory, and network efficiency.\n\nDebug complex issues across Linux, Kubernetes, networking, and storage layers.\n\nParticipate in architecture, design, and code reviews and mentor other engineers.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n10+ years of software engineering experiencein storage, distributed systems, or infrastructure software.\n\nStrong programming experience in C++, Go, Rust, Java, or equivalent.\n\nDeep knowledge of Block, File, or Object Storagetechnologies.\n\nStrong understanding of distributed systems, Linux, networking, and I/O architecture.\n\nExperience with Kubernetes and containerized infrastructure.\n\nExperience with technologies such as CSI, NVMe/NVMe-oF, SCSI/iSCSI, NFS, S3, UBD, io_uring, SPDK, replication, or erasure codingis highly desirable.\n\nBachelor’s or Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering.
